I was born and raised in Piteå. When I look back on my childhood, two things stand out; firstly that it was marked by a lot of love but also that sport was always present. I tested out on a lot of different sports but it was the hockey I got stuck for. Even at the first few moments, I knew it would be a big part of the rest of my life.

From professional ice hockey player to a life in a wheelchair.
Tobias tells us about the accident that changed his life. During a hockey game in 2018, he collides into the sarge, breaking his neck and becoming paralyzed. The end of a long sporting career but the beginning of something new. New types of challenges when everything is no longer about win or lose but if Win or grow. Where every progress is a victory and every failure is a lesson. A lecture on how to face adversity and move on when everything feels hopeless.
